Heartbreak In Oshawa
The U15 Thunder battled hard, playing mistake free hockey in the final game of the Oshawa Tournament, but unfortunately fell short losing 1-0 in the 4th round of shootouts to the host Oshawa U15 Hawks.
The goaltending tandom of Kellan Fraser and Owen Armes was sensational, allowing a total of only five goals in five games, and posting three shutouts.
This tournament saw the U15 Thunder play some of the best hockey of the season, and should prove beneficial as the team shifts their collective focus to dominating the rest of the season, and utlimately, the Alliance Championship.
