Q. Do I have to pay for all fee's up front?
A. No, a deposit of 20% is required at the time of registration, and the remainder is split up into three payments on July 1, August 1 and September 1.

Q. What is needed if I am new to Organized Hockey?
A. The following are required to be uploaded to the player's Spordle account:
1. A copy of the player's Birth Certificate or Passport to confirm age (health cards are not accepted),
2. Proof of address, such as parent's driver's license or utility bill
1. Log in to your Spordle account (Hockey Canada Account)
2. Choose an existing player, unless your player has never played before
3. Your players profile will include all shared organizations
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
*All player/goalie cancellation requests will be subject to an administrative fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will be applied using the same method of payment that the registration fee was received.
- cancellations between March 1st and Aug 31st will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee;
- cancellations between Sept 1st and Sept 30th will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee;
- cancellations between Oct 1st and Dec 31st will be subject to a pro-rated, plus $100.00 administration fee;
- After Dec 31st - no refunds available upon cancellation
*The administrative fee is required to be paid to cancel registration even if a deposit or payment has not been made. As per our terms and conditions, deposits are required at time of registration to secure your spot.
