We are gearing up for the start of the season and would like to share the evaluation date and times with you. We run evaluations to help make the teams as fair as possible and ensure you have a fun season.
IMPORTANT:1. You will be contacted by a coach or division convenor with the specific hour your player should attend.
2. Players are to come in full equipment, no exceptions.
3. Players are to wear a jersey with their last name. If they don't have a personalized jersey, please bring whatever jersey they have and let us know at the registration table.
4. Please arrive 30-40 minutes before your scheduled evaluation time.
5. Upon arrival, check in at the registration table and provide your jersey number. (Lists are provided to coaches immediately before evaluations, so arriving early ensures our lists are accurate and complete).
6. If you do not receive a call or email confirming your player's hour by October 1st, please reach out to your division convenor. Their contact information can be found
here If you don't receive a response from your convenor, please contact the Registrar.
U9-U15 will have 2 days of evaluations this season. Please make every effort to make both days provided to you by the convenor/coach.
U18 will have 1 evaluation.

The season start date is Tuesday, October 14th. Each team will start with a practice. The schedule is close to being confirmed. Schedules will be published on our website.
